First thing to do was strip it down-
Strengthen the lower hull-
The last pic shows the hex bolt that's going to be holding the idler wheels on.
Made some wheel fillers-
Filled the bottom of the hull with car body filler to stiffen it up. And fitted the wheels, tracks and gears to try it all out.
Corrected the turret position and started removing some of the molded on tools-
Moved the pivot point of the gun forward to the correct position.
