Test fit on a Taigen bottom.-
Gun pivot -
Bolted onto the gun housing-
Dry fitting the un housing, barrel, roof and manlet fitted -
Engine deck grills
Bend over a drill bit
Then glue in place
Engine grills and hatches fitted
Open hatches
Pivot and recoil servos
Testing the pivot and elevation servos-
Gun Recoil-
Removed the extra armour tow brackets that are on the KV-1 hull (the SU had slightly different tow brackets)-
Used knifing putty for a cast effect-
New tow brackets-
Almost done (not sure if I want to use the front mud guards)-
Dry testing the Heng Long version-
Filled up the empty spaces inside with polystyrene blocks
Ready for painting-
